Contact support
Email khaliapp@proton.me for account, access, content, privacy, or technical support. Include the device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can delete their account in Khali by opening Settings, selecting Delete Account, and confirming. Guest users do not have a server account to delete; deleting the app clears locally stored guest preferences.
Common troubleshooting
•
Check that the device has an active internet connection.
•
Pull down on the feed to refresh stories.
•
Open Settings and update the feed if topic filters leave too few categories enabled.
•
Restart the app after an interrupted Apple or Google sign-in.
•
Install the latest Khali version available from the App Store.
Content concerns
Khali aggregates and summarizes news from third-party sources. To report an inaccurate summary, broken source, rights concern, or inappropriate item, email the story title and source link to khaliapp@proton.me.
